The Orange County Taxpayers Association (OCTax) has launched a search for the organization’s new CEO and President.

The announcement follows the retirement of long-time CEO Carolyn Cavecche.
OCTax supports tax-supported programs that are fair, understandable, cost-effective, and good for the economy and opposes those that are not. OCTax’s positions on ballot initiatives are powerful persuaders of voters in Orange County and beyond.
The CEO will serve as the key management leader of the organization and is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs and strategic plan of the organization. Other key duties include fundraising, marketing, and community outreach. The position reports directly to the OCTax Board of Directors.
Interested individuals are invited to visit www.octax.org/ceo to view a full job description and to apply directly by submitting a resume and cover letter. The cut-off date for applications is June 15, 2022.

The search for a new CEO at the Orange County Taxpayers Association is a pivotal moment that reminds me how careful transitions are crucial—not just in leadership but also in digital spaces. This ties closely with what I’ve learned about seo migration on Medium. Just as a smooth handover in an organization sets the stage for future success, a well-planned SEO migration ensures a website maintains its authority and rankings during change. Both require strategy, attention to detail, and clear communication to keep stakeholders engaged and confident throughout the process. It’s fascinating how these principles apply across different fields.
