3% @ 55 Benefit Contested by OCTax

The County of Orange will be suing the Orange County Employee Retirement System in order to undue what has been seen as potentially an illegal use of taxpayer funds going to retroactively increase pension benefits for county retirees.

241 Extension

User fee supported transportation is something that can not only relieve traffic, but also generate income.  OCTax has supported the extension of the 241.  OCTax sent a letter to the California Coastal Commission advocating for this needed road.
